"Not many diet-friendly options, and support didn’t really help"
I had a hard time finding snacks that actually fit my diet, which was frustrating. I reached out to support hoping they could point me in the right direction, but it felt like I kept getting passed around or sent the same generic answers without a real solution. Just wish there were more clear diet-friendly choices available.

"Got the wrong chips, and one was missing"
I ordered a few bags of chips, and somehow ended up with completely different flavors than the ones I chose. One item was missing, too. I emailed them about it, but it took a while to get a response. it was just frustrating, especially since it was such a simple order. Not really sure I’d order from the site again...

I ordered a bunch of Utz snacks as a small gift for my brother since he loves chips and stuff he can’t always find near him. It was an easy gift idea, and he was happy to get it, but I was a little disappointed. Everything was fresh and packed okay, but it didn’t feel quite as impressive as I expected for a gift. Still, it worked out fine overall

"Snacks were good, packaging definitely wasn’t"
I ordered from utzsnacks.com and the snacks tasted fine, but the box arrived looking like it had been through a lot. A couple of the bags were crushed, and one had a small tear, so there were chips loose everywhere inside the box. They make it sound like everything will arrive fresh and in good shape, but that feels like one of those vague promises that doesn’t really mean much if the packing is this careless. For the price, I expected them to do a better job protecting the order.

"Friendly and Easy Customer Service"
Not gonna lie, I wasn’t sure what to expect after I had a small issue with my order from utzsnacks. I sent them a message and got a really nice reply quickly. They asked a couple simple questions and got everything fixed without making it a hassle. Just really solid customer service, friendly, quick, and easy to deal with. I’d definitely order again.

"Decent chips, but kind of hit or miss"
I’ve had these chips a few times, and they’re good when you get a fresh bag. That said, the quality does seem to vary, which is frustrating. It’s one of those snack brands I keep coming back to when I don’t have many options, even if I’m not totally excited about it

"So crunchy I almost got emotional"
These chips showed up surprisingly fresh and the crunch was amazing. Like, I was way too excited over a snack bag. One of the bags was a little crushed, which was a tiny tragedy, but overall I’m really happy with them and would definitely grab them again.

My order ended up showing up a few days late, which was kind of frustrating. The chips themselves were totally fine though, so no issue there. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely updated, so I was mostly just guessing when the package would actually get here. Not the worst experience, just a little inconvenient.

"Good chips, but some flavors need more effort"
I’ve always liked Utz chips for the most part, especially the plain and sour cream ones. They usually taste good and aren’t overly salty, which I appreciate. That said, some of the flavors feel a little weak, like you open the bag expecting a good amount of seasoning and it’s just kind of there. They’re not bad at all, but I do think the brand should be more consistent and hold itself accountable for making every flavor taste like it’s worth buying. I’d still pick them up sometimes, but I’d like to see a little more attention put into the seasoning.

"I like that Utz is so easy..."
I like that Utz is so easy to find around me. Like, I’ll be at the grocery store or even just stopping at a gas station, and there they are, so I don’t have to think about ordering online or driving all over the place just for chips. It’s nice, especially when I’m grabbing snacks for the weekend and don’t want to make it a whole mission. The shelves are usually well stocked too, which sounds like a small thing, but it really does make a difference

I ordered a few snacks from utzsnacks.com and the whole checkout process was really smooth. My cart updated right away, payment went through without any glitches, and the confirmation email showed up almost immediately. I didn’t have to hunt around or deal with a bunch of extra steps, which I appreciated. Definitely a quick and easy experience

"Canceling just felt way harder than it should"
I tried to change my snack subscription my gut feeling quickly was that the site was making it more complicated than necessary. I kept getting sent in circles, and the cancel option wasn’t easy to spot at all. Support eventually responded, but it took longer than I expected. The snacks were fine, but the whole process left a bad impression, so it just wasn’t worth the hassle for me.

"Why is the account stuff so frustrating??"
I genuinely like Utz snacks, so I wasn’t expecting the website account stuff to be such a hassle. The snacks are great, but trying to manage my account felt way more annoying than it needed to be.
I had trouble signing in, and resetting my password took forever?? Then some of the pages kept sending me back like I messed something up, but I had no idea what was wrong.

Customer service was fine, not rude or anything, but the whole process felt slow and not that helpful. I just wish the account side was easier to deal with??

"Too expensive, and the reminders are annoying"
The snacks are decent enough, but they feel overpriced for what you actually get. What really bothered me was how aggressive the reminders were, I kept getting nudged like I was going to forget, and it got old fast.

I tried to order a few of my favorite chips, but about half of them were out of stock when I got to the site. The website itself was easy to use, but it was frustrating not being able to buy what I actually came for. What confused me more was that the email made it sound like those items were available, so I’m not really sure which info was right.

"The discounts are nice when they show up..."
The discounts are nice when they show up and they definitely helped me save a bit. Shipping still adds up more than I expected, though. I also felt kind of ignored when I had a question, so that took away from the experience a little.
